The Hem width is 10.5 inches approximately.

Q: Do why know what size is the bottoms / flare is it 19 inch or 20 inch ?

Not sure, possibly the smaller of the two... they are lovely on

Q: I have ordered 3 pairs of jeans and seem to have been charged 3 delivery amounts. Is this correct?

When you ordered the jeans did you add all to your shopping basket at the same time and if you did you should only pay one delivery charge but if you ordered them on separate sales you will pay for all three you can also contact the supplier directly and ask them why this has happened when I got my jeans delivered I did not pay any delivery charges due to me being a prime member with amazon I hope this helps
