Q: Do these blazers have a nice padded shoulder?

Yes, nicely padded, but not obvious. Contributes to good shape of jacket when wearing.

Q: Is the fit true to size?

I bought 3 blazer’s before I got this one . It is true to size and,in fact, is generously sized. I can layer tops under this jacket. The fit is straight, like a man’s coat. It does not cut in at the waist like a lot of woman’s jacket.!I call it a “boyfriend” jacket. I hope this helps you as I had a hard time finding a well made jacket that fit correctly!

Medium! I am similar in size, the Large was just a bit too big.
