This is so easy to use. This is so much better than the old was of steaming. (basin of hot water and a towel over your head). Its safer if you have children/pets also. I loved it also because when you steam with this item your hair doesnt get all soggy and your face all sweaty. It concentrates solely on the nose and mouth. I would recommend this product.

If you're after something that will allow you to have a steam inhalation then don't bother buying this. It's so safety conscious (not a bad thing in itself) that no steam comes out of the top of the inhalator. Not only does this defeat the whole purpose but surely this makes this product in breach of the Trade Descriptions Act!!! You'd be better off with a bowl of hot water and a towel.If, however, you're after something to waft smelly vicks-type stuff at you then this will suffice. Personally I always thought it was the steam that shifted catarrh, eased chest pain and cleared the head, not the stuff we stick in the water. Personally, I think you'd still be better off with a bowl of hot water and a towel.

I was very impressed with the Vicks inhaler, but unfortunately I had to return it as I have bad Arthritis, and I found the top difficult to take on and off.I would recommend people to buy it as it is very sturdy and well made. I wish I could have kept mine but my hands are too weak to operate it.
