Manrose extractor fan
This extractor fan on the high setting was tested when installed by going for a shower. Needless to say from the moisture and steam in the room performance was excellent. Comparable to the previous in terms of how quickly it expelled the steam on the mirror, only a small amount gathered on and went fast. Very good value for money on Amazon compared to screwfix for the exact same extractor and model. If you have an existing fan, simple swap and attaching to rafters or joist. If a new install, more preparation work required but not difficult. Fits well in the space within loft but for a tall dude to fit right to the slope not so much.

Great but noisy grille
Just used this fan to replace the bathroom one which gave up the ghostIt was relatively easy to fit but my problem was the existing wire which was quite heavy and the terminals were a bit awkward as a result. The running power is only 3 amp so you don’t need a particularly heavy cable. I will probably re-wire at some stage. The power of the unit is excellent and have set at medium. The unit itself is very quiet, however, the grille makes quite a bit of noise as the air passes through it so I will look for a quieter outlet. Overall good for the money, Manrose have been around for a long time and I would recommend

Great Price
Have bought this as we are fully renovating a house and the condensation that will probably build will need to be vented out to the outside world and this extractor is part of that system.Have used Manrose before in a previous bathroom system and had no issues and it could suck a golfball through a garden hose when set up corectly.Just make sure you mount it on rubber and it should remove any vibrating that could be caused.

Excellent
This is a top quality fan. I have bought three of these over the past few years for different bathrooms and houses. They are nice and quiet at full speed with no vibration. Very reliable fan at a good price.
