I purchased this one and a different brand. This one works the best out of the two and even though my hair is dyed a dark red, this auburn matches it almost perfectly. I have noticed if I touch my hair it ends up on my hands and it came off on my husbands hand. It did come off on my pillow. I wash my hair every other day and it will stay on the parts I put it until I wash my hair. It helps with oiliness too. I am going through some hair thinning right now and it works great to make my scalp look Fuller and covers gray really well.

Wow. This is amazing. I was not expecting it to work as well. I got the medium blonde thinking it would “hopefully” match best. Well it is a true neutral medium blonde that ties the cool and warm blonde tones together. I haven’t had my hair highlighted in 4 months so I have some horrendous roots. I’m 38 and about 50% grey….I can use the sponge that comes with it and apply it sloppily and just slap it on… it doesn’t matter. It covers and looks good and natural. I couldn’t believe how fool proof it is. I I think the reason why there are bad reviews is some people may not be getting the best shade and then they think the product is no good.I will update soon with pictures to show my grow out and grey and the coverage and color match this product provides.

I am at the age were I am getting grey in my dark hair. I do color it but really like to space it out so I get the greys in all the noticable spots - around my face and in my part. This powder goes on easily and thankfully cleans up easily. Has very good coverage. Does make your hair feel a little off (its powder so there is a little bit of a texture) but it does stay for 24 hours and even 48 - depending on what all you do. Until the day I decide to just go grey, I will keep this availble for touch-ups.

This is my second time ordering. I love this stuff. I use it to cover my roots and it works great. I had to get a darker color because my roots are showing white hair. The darker color is needed to make my white hair blend in better. I don't wash my hair everyday and the powder stays on with barely any need for touch ups. This is so much better than the spray or crayon-like roots cover ups. The only downside is that it will transfer to a shirt if you pull it on over your head so put the shirt on first or be very careful.

Instructions say to order a shade darker when in doubt between 2 colors. But, I found the one I ordered to be too dark. So I contacted the seller and (per their policy) they sent me another lighter shade, no charge, and quickly too.I've found that using a little of each seems to be working well for me. My daughter said that nobody would know I have a large bare spot (from radiation) beneath my comb-over.Great customer service and the product does exactly what I want it to do----darken my bald area when it's too warm to wear a hat.

I’ve tried several root touch-up products, and this one really stands out. The texture is smooth and lightweight, and it doesn’t feel gritty like dry shampoo powders often do. It blends easily into my light blonde hair and does a great job covering gray and evening out my hairline. I also like that it doesn’t transfer or smudge throughout the day. Feels natural, looks clean, and lasts longer than I expected. Definitely a repeat buy.

I recently had gastric bypass and have lost quite a bit of hair. Although it's listed as a root touch up I use it right on my scalp and it doesn't give me any irritation. It does bleed through when you do sweat. But it is easy washes out on clothes and if you get it on your hands. That is probably the only downfall. I personally don't like seeing right down to my scalp when I part my hair so this product is awesome and it matches my burgundy hair color perfectly. Great product highly recommend

I was looking for a while for a product to help cover some of the greys around my temples. I have colored blonde hair but my natural color is closer to medium/light blonde. It was noted that this product is often returned so I was skeptical but the price was good so I tried it. It is PERFECT. Stays put until you wash it out. It takes the 'brassy' and light color out and looks like my natural color. It's like make-up for your hair!
