Bought in Apr 2022. Running well. The wind-free mode is such a relief that the air does not blow on you directly. It operates silently and efficiently. The auto clean/wash is fantastic.We must know certain things for operating it. The dust filter needs to be cleaned regularly (once a week or 2 weeks) and it is an easy process. Saw a review where water droplets came out of the vent. This happens when the filter is clogged. The front panel must be cleaned once in a while.This AC is awesome and I highly recommend it.

Buying a Samsung AC seemed like a good idea at first, but it turned into a nightmare. If you’re thinking about buying one, I urge you to reconsider. If you live in a tier 2 or 3 city, the risk is even higher.My ExperienceThe AC worked perfectly for just two months before it started making strange noises. By the fourth month, it completely stopped working. That’s when the real trouble began. Despite the product being under warranty, Samsung’s service team cancelled my support tickets without even informing me. For three months, I’ve been waiting for a resolution, and nothing has been fixed.Here’s the worst part- The installation was done entirely by Samsung’s registered engineers. If their installation was faulty, who should take responsibility? Instead of owning up, they asked me to pay ₹4,500 to refill the gas (10% of AC Cost), claiming there’s a “minor leak.” They even admitted that if the problem persists and the warranty expires, I’ll have to pay the full cost of repairs. That’s their solution: push the problem into my pocket. It’s not just unfair - it’s infuriating.Living in a tier 2 or 3 city makes the situation even more hopeless. Delays, ticket cancellations, Charging highwithout any bill. If you face an issue, you’ll likely spend months - chasing their support team, only to end up frustrated and out of pocket.Here’s the hard truth: You don’t want to spend your hard-earned money on a product that might fail in a few months and leave you stranded. Imagine the regret you’ll feel when you’re stuck with a broken AC in peak summer heat, waiting for a service team that might never show up. I made this mistake, and I don’t want you to go through the same.There are many other brands that offer better products and stand by their customers. Samsung, unfortunately, isn’t one of them. Avoid their ACs, no matter how tempting the price or offer might seem. Your peace of mind, time, and money are worth far more.

So basically i have read all reviews and proceeded to buy it, let me add points below:Pros:1. Immediately cools the room within 5 mins2. The air feels fresh , i have voltas, samsung, whirpool ac but not its about the new ac but the air felt real fresh i think added filters have given out the fresher breathing thing. I live in Rajasthan and trust me dust in room is something that always troubles me3. Self clean feature is really helpful4. Customer Support is bang on5. The Silent ac -Windfree thing is amazing , it is really silent, i shoort my youtube videos in it without any mic and my voice is crisp without any background nice .Trust me the feature is great for sleeping who like silence.6. Compressor is pretty much silent than my other AC. Though it is not exactly silent but really really silent than others.Cons:1.Backlight remote is not there.But this was not a issue for me.I set my settings on remote before sleeping and m good to go in morning.2. The windfree technology has very fine small dotted holes on AC. This can get clogged so during the maintanence do ensure to get them cleaned. Else the windfree thing might not work that great

Noise is like normal AC. Got free installation from the brand. Had to pay for stand, stabilizer and extra wire. No big energy saving. One minus is that the air throw is further off in the room. Love the mild windfree cooling

I like samsung products, I have already purchased 3 Android mobils, two washing machines, 3 fridges.... Lastly purchased Samsung AC that is Windfree. After many times call installation processes completed. 5/6 days runs good after that a motor sound starts from indoor unit just after 15 /20 mins run. Complain raised, after 9/10 days samsung send technician to check, they told to change the motor and other parts and informed to service center, after two days another technician came and clean the ac and said I have no time to wait to check the sound. When I called to toll free number they said your motor and other parts already replaced. I shocked how a technician cheat me and to company. Again I raised a Complain....From 2nd june to 26 th june issue not resolved. After moonsoon came the company planned to solve..... If u r buying the product ready followup in daily basis to the service center and to the technician. I attach the video also

Product is very super & cooling performance is nice & wind free technology is ultimate. But the only issue is Instalation from samsung.They give some contractors to install they did not do properly. Samsung and Amazon please change the installation that is only issue.Pros: Wind free, Cooling performance, Big indoor and outdoorCons: Third-party installation from samsung, they provide contractor in Chennai location
