Easy and perfect for paracord
I bought this to make paracord bootlaces. It's easy to use and works perfectly. The smaller aglets are great for commercial grade paracord, the medium ones work great for true 550 spec cord and Atwood Parapocalypse cord, and the big ones work on Titan survival cord.I did notice that the lace holes in my boots don't fit the biggest aglets, so measure your lace holes before you decide what size paracord and aglet to use. Also, follow the instructions. It's basic enough, but if you don't prep and insert the aglet the corect way, it won't work.

Game Changer for Shoe Laces!
I have always been frustrated by how long shoe lace aglets last. Those plastic pieces split and once that happens, I have to look for new shoelaces, which in the era of online shopping isn't that easy... I discovered the crimping tool and ordered it to get it the same day. For my round shoelaces, it worked amazingly well. Not so for my flat shoelaces (tennis shoes), where I did not have the dexterity to get the shoelace end in the open uncrimped aglet and keep it there while crimping. Still, for round shoelaces it works great! My only complaint is that the instructions are not adequate, especially for sizing the aglets. The aglets come in plastic bags with no size labels, so some experimentation (e.g. waste) is needed. The aglets I put on my shoes are still there, albeit only a few days old, but have not slipped off yet! Finally, it is unclear where and how to buy additional aglets, these will last a while, but I could see running out and I was unable to find a source on Amazon and the instructions do not mention a source.

It works!
I immediately installed new aglets for my shoe laces after getting it. It seems to work fine. I needed to crimp them multiple times to get the aglet to be perfect.

Very Good Aglet Tool Set
This was my first time using such a tool, but it was easy to learn to use. The set comes with a variety of sizes, although I'll probably deplete the smaller size as most shoe laces require that smaller size (hence will need to order more of those replacement aglets); the bigger ones are probably great for hoodies and sweatpants.

Works Like a Charm...!
This crimping tool works as advertised...provided you pay attention to the simple instructions. I strongly suggest watching the video on the Aglet Crimping Tool website.

Great for making Boot Laces
This with a roll of parachute cord you can make your own shoelaces for boots and shoes. You can never find the exact length for boots with this tool you can make any length you need.

Works good enough
Bought this so I could make decent looking laces for my boots and it works pretty good. Gotta pay attention to how you set the aglets in there before you start squeezing.

Great but arrived missing parts.
This aglet crimper would be super easy to use, if it wasn’t missing the screws to hold the crimp plates in place. I needed it immediately, so I had to make do and use it as is, but it was definitely poorly inspected.
