You can pack it in!
It's surprising how much you can stuff in. I used for 2 weeks but packed for 9 weeks of a shortened cross country tour due to the virus.

Love it! As I Bike Tour and commute with this.
It is essential that you make sure you have enough seatpost clearance before purchasing. I had to raise my seat for it. Luckily I can ride my bike at that height. I have bike toured with this bag long distance and use it for commuting. I love the extended capacity that only this bag has on the market and I love the air release valve that makes the bag compact better for stability while riding. No need to have a bag flopping around because items are not backed tightly.I had to create a platform out of cardboard for loading stability. Bag can flop around while packing. Now it is a joy to pack. Before it tended to be stressful.I love this bag. Glad that this bag allows me to not need a backpack. Now I can breathe fully as I ride.Seatpost bags are more aerodynamic check out GCNs research about it on YouTube.

Light but not especially stable.
Lateral stability leaves much to be desired.Light and waterproof and capacious.Could use reinforcement on top where it rubs with saddle. Wore through on first bike packing trip.

Don’t buy this product
Worked well until the plastic clip broke on the second day of my trip. The stitching on the bag is also external so it rubs against your body. I wouldn’t buy this thing. It’s probably going to sit in my closet.

They are nice, BUT!
I like the fact that I can carry more things when riding/ cycling without the use of my backpackThis seat bag was more expensive, seemed more durable than any bag i saw on Amazon and it had goodreviews so decided to get it - my biggest mistakeIt would swing from left to right when riding so bought a strap for additional supporthad it for 3 months , worked ok. Recently I went over a bump and the bag somehow got caughton back tire and it torei called Ortlieb service, no one picked up the phone during working hours , After last try I got someone and they gave me excuses saying it was user error and that in no way it could have been defective and that they would do nothing about it - Ive been cycling for over 7 years and have used similar productsWorst customer service ever - will never buy from this companybe very careful with this company - not what it seems

Seller Won’t Respond To Emails About Defective Product
Before I even used it the clip broke. I emailed the seller twice asking for an exchange and have not received a response from them.

5 Yr Warranty impossible to use :(
Product failed after 2 years. They come with a 5 year warranty. But, Amazon won't honour the warranty and tell you Ortlieb should. Ortlieb won't honour the warranty and tell you Amazon should. Very poor from both Amazon and Ortlieb. If you are going to buy this bag ensure the seller will honour your warranty...

Easy to use and looks cool!
A great bag that can hold loads of stuff. When full it remains stable and you hardly know it is there. Only minor gripe is the air valve to remove the air from the bag as you roll it up is hard to open with your fingers. It looks cool too!

Worth every penny
Robust, easy to use, well designed and thought out. An excellent piece of kit which helped me complete Lands End to John O’Groats. Completely waterproof and survived the worst of british weather.
