My New Nap Chair
I am really enjoying my lounge swing. Originally purchased for my balcony, but decided to use it indoors instead. At least for now.I found the assembly mostly straight forward and all the tools and parts arrived without any obvious damage. Packaged well.I experienced only a couple issues.First, was that the U joint bracket was flared and the holes for the bolt did not align. I fixed that with a rubber mallet. When I assembled the base, using that part, I didn't like how it flexed and that the pressure point was metal to metal. I added a piece of recycled tire tile as a gasket (as shown in 2 pictures). The frame is robust and sturdy.I like the chair and the only modification I made was how I tied the mesh to the frame. I looped the roped around the frame at the foot, and then spiraled the rope up each side and tying behind the head. I think the instructions were to attach the rope and then go all the way around.Attaching the chair to the stand was the most difficult for me because it was too heavy for me to lift and attach myself. I ended up placing a chair where I could set the lounge on it long enough to attach to the stand. There is a lot of free movement with the seat and is a more bouncy feel than a hammock. I've added elastic tethers from the foot of the lounge to the foot of the stand base on either side. This keeps it from sliding out from underneath when getting in and out, but does not prevent pivoting (which can also slip out from underneath) or free range of motion. I'm considering adding a 3rd elastic tether to the lower rear of the lounge to limit range of pivot.I like to use the lounge without the cushion for maximum airflow and with a cushion for maximum comfort.I'm 5'3" 120lbs. I assembled this myself. Less profanity with 2 people assembling, but very possible to assemble with only 1 person.

One Person Assembly, Needed another Chain Length
I'm a 65+ female, 165 pounds, with knees that bend around 18" from the ground. I assembled this by myself, but needed help hanging the chair (someone to hold the chair while I attached the carabiner/chain link).I found it a little risky getting in and out of the chair because my knees bend at about 18" and the chair was several inches higher off the ground than that, so it would sway and teeter while I climbed aboard. So, I found a kit at Amazon for "2Pcs 304 Stainless Steel M8 Chain Quick Link Oval Locking Connector, Heavy Duty Large Carabiner, with 1pcs M10 304 Stainless Steel Double Ended Swivel Eye Hook" for about $12 that replaced the original carabiner and added 6 inches length. Now the chair is easier to get in and out, yet it doesn't crash into the frame or bottom out, so I'm pleased with this alteration. I noticed that it swings further with this longer chain (just another variable), and the tightness of the ropes that hold the hammock also affects the seat 'height'. Lots to consider/adjust.I also use a 'neck pillow' under my knees for added comfort.Once you get situated, this is such a relaxing experience.

Comfortable and looks good, but water pools in the bottom and the upper pad soaks up water
This was reasonably easy to assembly though a bit rickety at the base, the chair squeaks when the base legs are rubbing. The chair is very comfortable, I really like the swinging, bouncing, rocking motion. My biggest issue with this product is that water doesn' drain from the bottom part, though it is open weave. Also, the upper pad does not dry quickly and absorbs a lot of water, which will probably lead to mildew if allowed to be wet. I've been keeping the pad inside at night when rain is expected, which is a bit of a pain.

Good chair but...
Let's start with the good. The chair is sturdy and comfortable and a decent value. Most of the hardware, including the tools to assemble, was in a cloth drawstring pouch instead of plastic bags or blister packs. Now the not so good. The bolt to hold the canopy in place was loose in the box, which had been handled rough including several holes in the box. The nut to accompany that bolt was nowhere to be found. A trip to the hardware store to get a replacement nut and then a trip to the sander in my shop to grind the nut down to half thickness so that it would fit in the canopy bracket and the problem was solved. The 14/17 mm end wrenches included with the chair did not work very well with the 5/8" bolts that were included but fortunately that was an obstacle that could also be overcome. Assembly is also much easier with an extra set of hands.

Love it !
My mom has one of these chairs in her backyard we all fight over who gets to sit in it when we go over lol! So I have been looking into getting one. I chose this one I love it !! Took my husband and son about an hour to put together, pretty straightforward, no issues. This thing is sturdy! It’s easy to get in and out of and comes with a little hanging pocket to put your phone and bug spray (or whatever you want) in it.If I have any problems down the road I’ll update my review but so far, I am pleased beyond words with my purchase !
