I was looking for paper fans that were bright, true to color, and were well made and would not tear for a bulletin board display in my classroom. These fans worked out great! They were not tissue paper but much stronger. They came in various sizes and were easy to hang. The colors look great in a rainbow themed room. I liked them so much I went back and ordered another set.

These fans are a great deal and they made such a HUGE difference for my little one's birthday party! I used these together with the Homestory Circle Dot Paper Garland, along with crepe paper streamers and some balloons - all came together beautifully!
