Of all the “hydrating” skincare products I’ve tried, this one actually doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry and painful. I could honestly skip moisturizing if I had to, which says a lot because I am someone with very sensitive and dry skin who prioritizes how my skin feels rather than looks. My skin looks great anyway, but I couldn’t tell you if it is because of this product alone. No leakage. Worth the price. Even feels nice while washing my face with it. Very gentle.

I LOVE this face wash. I have tried dozens, looking for the right combination of really cleaning while protecting my skin barrier. I have fairly sensitive skin with some rosacea and occasional breakouts from it. This face wash has helped tremendously and my skin is super soft and smooth. Never going back! Note- don’t expect a foaming wash. You could compare it to Cereve’s hydrating face wash but this is much better, with a cleaner formula.

Doesn’t foam up! I love that it just stays thick and you can really feel what parts of your face have gotten washed. Great for dry skin

Love this cleanser, but it did come unsealed and not in a box.

It came broken, dirty and looks used. Bottle is literally half empty.

Mine arrived opened and partially spilled. No box either. Makes me weary

Very weary of this product, arrived with no box, no safety seal, a dirty and beat up tube, and also leaking…I ordered the product and the condition says “New” But with how dirty the outside is and it has no box OR safety seal, I believe it may be used. Some products dont come with a box, that I understand, but no box and no seal over the opening? Major red flag along with brown streaks all over the tube… looks like it’s been in someone’s bag…

I ordered their moisturizer which that came in a box separately but when I ordered their face wash it didn't come in a box which has me wondering was this used....? There's no safety seal to prevent bacteria contamination.
