Fun little gadget for adults and children :)
This smart electronic game is great fun for kids and adults alike. Our favourites are the beeping game, where you have to put the shapes on the coloured light up areas that it asks you to remember, and the game where it highlights an area and you have to cover only that area, using some of the shapes. The shapes are made of hard and solid plastic, but are soft edged and very tactile to touch. We love to try to fill the board with all the pieces in different ways at the end of game play, when we put it away. This is a great secret santa gift for silly after dinner fun at Christmas for adults, and a great stocking filler for kids :) A good price too :)

Rather mediocre for the price. Needs improvement.
I love puzzle games and have had quite a few from Amazon which have all been great, so I was delighted to have the opportunity to review this particular puzzle.Description:-It is a logic brain teaser puzzle which runs on two AA batteries (not included). The manufacturers recommend using non-rechargeable batteries. There are three modes of play and overall 500+ levels, and 10+ difficulty gradients. In the first mode, the player must place initial blocks on the board and use the remaining blocks to fill in the empty spaces. In Mode 2, players must fit the blocks onto the board to cover the lit-up spaces, similar to the classic game of Tetris. The goal is to use all of the blocks to completely and exactly cover the light-up matrix board. In Mode 3, players must replicate a pattern of lights using the blocks, with the lights turning off as the player works. This mode tests players' memory skills. There are positives and negatives to this game ….Firstly the positive points:-👍 The game is compact in size, so is easy to transport.👍 It can be played either singly or multiplayer👍 The “board” and pieces appear well constructed and robust👍 Good for problem solving and memoryNow onto the negative points:-👎No way to record if you are successful or not.👎Buttons frustrating – Up arrow to go down a level, and down arrow to go up a level !👎Batteries not included. Had to wait before trying it as we only had AAA batteries at home. Just glad I didn’t have an excited child waiting to play.👎Over priced.Verdict:-The most frustrating thing for me was the lack of being able to measure your success. The game does play a jingle when you move to the next level, but in order to test it, I purposely put the pieces in the wrong place, and it still played the same jingle ! I would expect it "know" and "record" when you have correctly covered up the lights with the pieces. Also, when pressing to go up a level it doesn’t give you time to remove the pieces from the old puzzle before revealing the lights for the new one.I have tried all three modes, and my favourite was the memory version, however, there is no feeling of a sense of achievement. Finally I think the game is overpriced at the current selling price of £29.99.I am sorry to say based on the points above, I cannot recommend this puzzle game. Obviously I am an adult, so the game may appeal to youngsters, especially with the voice and flashing lights. However, had I purchased this, I am afraid I would be returning it for a refund.

This is perfect for younger children, who like to play with older siblings handheld video game consoles, but they can struggle because their fingers aren't yet dexterous enough for pushing the contols well, as these larger pieces are much easier to manipulate. This is surprisingly substantial and kids can play with it straight out of the box - so things start smoothly. Do I think it helps build critical thinking, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving skills? Yes; in my opinion it really does.At the end of the day this is a children's toy that is played with almost every day and the price is reasonable against similar items, so I don't feel as though I can judge it too harshly; the peace and quiet I get as the younger kids enjoy playing with it for hours at a time speaks volumes.
