The best laptop in this price range
Received it on time! We had almost narrowed down on Ideapad but we got Thinkpad for lesser price! I have an office laptop Lenovo X1 extreme 16 GB that costs about 1.93 lacs but I can tell you that this laptop beats the performance of my office laptop at this price! Feels premium during touch and operations... battery backup is good, screen quality is Ok for this price, camera is just Ok but is an excellent choice for personal use / student use. I am happy with the purchase! Thank you Amazon!

Amazing!!!
Writing review after 15 days usage.Pretty good design and look. Slim and light, easy to carry. Finger print sensor works pretty fast. Nice keyboard. Mousepad works good. Very good laptop for daily usage like office work, surfing and document writing etc.Looks rich when you carry in your hand.Overall good experience with the product.

Horrific experience
When purchasing this laptop, I had only one expectation, I was looking for something sturdy.But soon after buying less than a month, a blue screen comes and the laptop restarts automatically.Customer support team has informed that replacement is only possible within 7 days of delivery.Support is unable to diagnose or resolve the issue. I feel I made a mistake buying from Amazon. A local seller would have definitely offered me a replacement or a resolution.

Awesome Lenovo Thinkpad
Writing after started using a week, satisfied with on time delivery and Laptop is excellent with performance, as mentioned in product features, it's a i3, 8gb RAM and 500gb SSD. I am using it for office purpose, so far happy with performance, it's a pre installed Windows 11 home and MS office. Battery back around 4-5 hours, no heat and fan noise issue. Before this i was using macbook pro, Thinkpad almost similar to pro, i didn't feel anything different, mouse pad works same as macbook. Sound quality is good, C pin charger, it also work with mobile charger, we can charge this laptop through car charger as well using mobile adapter in car while traveling. Overall satisfied with Lenovo thinkpad. Go for it.

Looks Good but hanging up intermittently
Product looks good but system got hangup anytime. I noticed on Day 1 that RAM is completely full, CPU utilization are also full while no application running on system. I called to customer care but after investigation, he informed for window reinstallation.
