Initially, I was confused about the parts and how the table elevation worked. However, once I followed the instructions, I successfully assembled it and understood the mechanism. The piston smoothly adjusts the table height.The table moves well and remains stable.Recommended.

I actually use this in the living room in front of the tv for work and gaming. Weird I know, but it's pretty great for having a sturdy but mobile desktop.It is decently built and sturdier than others I've tried. I've used it on lower height chairs, on the couch and standing. It has that much height adjustment. I'm 5'-11" and at max height it gives me the perfect standing height to keep proper arm/wrist support while typing. Even at that height, it's still decently sturdy. That said, it's not mean to hold too much weight. I wouldn't push down on it or use it to right yourself.The wheels also roll pretty nicely and the little locks on them work decently but they don't really lock it hard in place. If you are looking to do that perhaps consider finding some replacement caster wheels.

Sturdy, clean design, but lack of offset crossbar is a negative. (Offset away from the seated user’s front chair legs or wheelchair wheels.)The tabletop would be closer by about 6 inches / 15cm to the user in a wheelchair, but this long legged user prefers to give up some tabletop proximity for no crossbar underfoot. Her feet extend past the crossbar to the floor.Item purchased knowing this deficiency.Also note, the gas lift cylinder is strong enough to propel the tabletop upward with sufficient speed to cause a spill. Caution!

Wife had surgery that required several days of bed rest and restricted mobility. This table was the perfect solution for access to items she needed. Sturdy, rolls easy, looks great.

I found this on Temu for 40 to 50 dollars. Now, I don’t normally change reviews but, I’m not giving a good rating when it’s so much cheaper elsewhere. Well it has taken me over a year to write a review for this table, and it has gotten a lot of use. It would be absolutely perfect except for two things: 1. One or more of the wheels are constantly locking. All you have to do is look at them. This is very annoying, and requires getting down on the floor to unlock them. When i get around to it, I will turn the table over, remove the wheels, measure them and replace them with non-locking wheels. In my situation, I do not need locking wheels. 2. Where the silver trim meets the table top is not sealed and debris gets between the trim and the top. Very difficult to clean. I may try to put some caulk there.

Recovering 6 weeks in bed, I used this to eat and to work on my laptop- easy to raise and maneuver around.

The design is good and sturdy and needless to say relatively heavy, which is good.Interparts connections were secured and gave assurance that it will stay intact for many years.The height adjustment, contrary to what some review mentioned, was actually perfect and you do not need much force to lower it.
