As with any product claiming to be 'detox,' it's best to start this when you can be close to home for a few days. You don't want to be at work or on the subway, etc. and feel that detox feeling, LOL. This has a mild effect in that direction, but not too bad. I'd say this is more of a daily digetive support than a detox, but I still like it and it does me some good.

I got this item because I've done cleanses before, and while it's a bit inconvenient (if you know what I mean) I hear it's healthy. Well, I saw this and thought it seemed like a good idea; a bit simple compared to a more full cleanse, but worth a shot to see if there was any effect.I didn't notice much. The ad is a little misleading because it leads you to believe this is a full body cleanse. A detox. It's more of a supplement, like Metamucil, just in tablet form. At least that's how I've seen it, and it seems to have pretty much the same effect, just weaker. I believe it works to help move things along, sure, but if you're looking for a shortcut to a detox/cleanse and think a little bottle of this will do the trick, think again. I'd use this as a supplement for a little bit between cleanses; I wouldn't bet the farm on this doing anything but giving you nearly the same thing fiber would. Not bad, but I won't buy more.

Okay, so I’ve been trying this product for week now, and it’s not doing the detox I thought it was suppose to do. If you like me and don’t use the bathroom on a daily basis this product is not for you. I really recommend something else instead of this

Snap Detox Advanced Cleansing Blend comes in an amber plastic bottle with a screw-on lid. The bottle contains 60 capsules (serving size two capsules). The "Snap Detox Blend" contains psyllium husk powder, fennel seed powder, fibersol-2 digestion resistant maltodextrin, cascara sagrada bark powder, apple cider vinegar powder, apple pectin powder, ginger root extract, turkey rhubarb root powder, cape aloe leaf powder, red clover leaf powder, licorice root powder, and senna leaf extract.I found the mild minty flavor (of the capsules) to be pleasant. I have found them to be easy to take.

These are good to help move my system. I really like the ingredients. I started with one tablet since I also take magnesium that can help move things. There is no bad taste. I think its very important for digestion to keep things moving, so I am happy to have these.

I feel like I'm limited on when I can take anything labeled as a detox because you never really know when it'll hit. So I waited until a Saturday morning to give it a try. It was easy to swallow and didn't have any flavor or aftertaste. I waited patiently after I took it and went about my day. Right about 8 hours later, it hit me all of a sudden. It definitely detoxed me! I'd like to take it more frequently, but never know when I'll be able to run to the bathroom with no notice. So just be careful when you take it because it definitely works!

I am a real believer in doing a detox every 6 months to a year, and have been doing that for years now and I always feel better after the initial 'purge'. This product was quite mild in it's effects I feel like, and for some people that may be a real plus. For me, I like to get the job done and over with asap rather than drag it out over the course of time, so this one was just not for me.

These Snap Supplements Detox Cleanse Capsules are perfect if you want to start working on your health as it does a really good job of cleaning out your bowels, and helping you improve your health overall. Our stomachs are one of the main components that have to do with our health in the sense of what we put in our body because overall it spreads to the rest of our body including our brain. So this right here is very nice, especially with the ingredients that it has incorporated in it, thanks.
