The product itself was very good. The shipping time was very good as well. However, I received the package in very damaged condition! I have attached two photos for you to view. Three of the k-cups were crushed leaving them unusable! I am so frustrated!

I'm sorry, but I literally, can't say anything nice about this product. In the name if honesty and transparency, I purchased *my* order directly from the Smartsips.com website.I bought 2, large boxes, 1 Cinnamon Mocha Lattes and I Almond Cookie Capuccino. When it was ready, I needed to look twice, to see if there was any coffee vs. brown colored hot water. I took my first a sip and literally gagged it tasted so badly. I'm a coffee addict- I love coffee. Bc I don't want to clean coffee pots every day, I use flavored, K-Cup brands. As a treat, I adore yummy Lattes and hot Capuccinos.As I read the description of Smart Sips it seemed like a perfect compromise, have my Lattee and drink it, too.Next, I tried the Almond Cookie Capuccino. It wad an even worse tasting cuppa. In all, I tried 4 K-pods, 2 from each box. Hoping to give the Brand a fair chance, perhaps it was an acquired taste. Nope, it was not acquirable to me. The kind Seller even sent samples! Not a go for me. I contacted the merchant hoping for a Return w/refunds. I didn't get a reply. I tried them again via email, same result. I'd donate the boxes to a food pantry but its not feasible bc he 2 boxes have been opened. Sadly, into the landfill 48 k-cup pods will go - and Im not feeling smart about that, nor about the money I've wasted.A Hard Pass,for me but perhaps you will like it- I hope so! Good luck.

Nice assortment and improves a cup of coffee when added to it. Tastes good alone too. Worth trying.

Great find. We like this as much as what we have used in the past. Cost efficient.

When I first used one, I heard a LOUD POP - and saw the coffee spurting out and mostly missing the cup. When I opened the top, I saw that the foil came undone from the top - causing the overflow. It is really loud and really messy. Almost all of them do that, and I end up with about a half cup of coffee and a mess to clean up.
