Reason for Reading: My son loves these books and I always read them first before handing them over for bedtime story time. They are above his reading level yet.I love the new Green Lantern and Flash volumes that have been added to this series this year but this one was a little disappointing. Flash meets up with Trickster again. A moody teenager whose goal in life is to beat The Flash. This time Trickster thinks he has the answer by using scientific elements that can't be seen such as gas and air pressure along with bubbles to take out the Scarlet Speedster. A story based on pure action from start to finish. I was however underwhelmed with Trickster as a super villain, who only used science and had no real super powers or reason for being than to "get" The Flash. Youngsters may feel the same way but the continuous action should keep their attention glued to the page.
