Amazing Keyboard
AMAZING keyboard, great switches, great material, great quality. My only complain is the it dosent sit perfectly flat on my desk, it wobbles a tiny bit when typing or gaming.

Definitely For Gaming - Ergonomics not great for most other things
This is a well made keyboard in that its purpose-built for gaming by placing gaming keys fairly close together, and choosing the yellow switches. The materials and construction are solid, and the RGB modes are well done. It seems like a reasonable price for a well-built gaming mechanical keyboard.I have it hooked into a UGREEN Surface Pro HDMI/USB adapter (makes the 1x USB port 2x, so I can do keyboard and mouse) and have had no issues with missed or repeated keys, or otherwiseAs others have stated. . . the 'missing' keys and locations of some things make it feel a little funny for typing. I also noticed that it has a sort of booming sound to it (despite yellow switches not being tactile), but minimized this by placing it on top of a small stack of papers. Additionally, I've pretty much always typed on keyboard slightly tilted via the little stands on the bottom, and this does not have that.I take off a star, because the missing keys resulted in the arrow keys being co-located with other buttons (ctrl, alt, ?), which is just too tough for my brain to overcome (as another said. . . for a kid just starting out, probably not an issue because it would just be "the way"). Without consulting the instruction manual, I tried guessing at the right combination of buttons (Fn plus ________) and could never seem to get the right thing for what I was trying to do (like the arrows)

Great keyboard if you want/need very small form factor
This keyboard is great for gaming, fast response and good feel. I like that it has switches that can be swapped quickly and easily (only accepts optical switches). The RGB lighting works reasonably well and software can be downloaded to enhance it further. The keyboard feels solid and has no flex at all. I like the detachable USB cable. This comes with a switch puller and a cap puller. What I don't like. I guess I prefer a 68 key KB if going compact. The extra 7 keys provided over this 61 key KB make a day/night difference in convenience while doing anything beside gaming. Things like finding the del key, which on this KB requires holding the function key, in dim light is impossible, as the secondary functions on the keys are not backlit. The keyboard also does not have little feet that allow adjustment of the KB angle. If wanting a KB solely for gaming, this is a great choice at a good price, but for other typing needs better choices can be found.

Typing this review on it.
I've been using a Corsair K65 for YEARS. A relic from back when mechanical keyboards started to return to the scene. Back when Cherry switches were the only player in the game on a large scale. That keyboard still works great, but I wanted something smaller for taking on the road with my laptop. This keyboard is great! Lots of lighting configurations. The keypresses are almost identical to my Cherry red switches on the K65. No tactile notch or sound. Just a linear keypress that you won't feel until the key bottoms out. Some people might prefer the more tactile options, but I've grown accustomed to these. It's a compact layout with no numpad, so know what you're buying. I can't find any real cons aside from the lack of flip-out legs on the underside to increase the tilt. It's a minor complaint, but I felt obligated to put some kind of critical feedback here. For the price, this keyboard is a steal!

Excellent value-priced wired mechanical keyboard with quality components
This really is a bargain of a mechanical keyboard with a great selection of quality components and features. It’s nice and small, has great lighting, and feels very nicely built. For the price it’s one of the nicest keyboards I’ve tested and used. It certainly doesn’t look or feel like a budget option. While it lacks wireless connectivity, that’s pretty irrelevant for many users, and is definitely worth the cut for the asking price. I absolutely recommend this keyboard if this is your budget price-point and you’re looking for a great mech option.

Pretty darn good for $35
Are you a gamer who needs the fastest switches? Then this keyboard is for you. It features optical switches which are hot-swappable. The RGB is fast and the included cable is nice. It does feel a tad bit light and sounds hollow. This would be an great place to start your keyboard mod journey. Just be warned the only switches that can be used in the GK61 are other optical switches.

Nice solid keyboard with some quirks
This keyboard is built well with little flex. Keys feel mushy, I wasn't sure about these key types as this the first I have seen the optical types. They don't have a nice click or feedback. The arrow keys are used by fist holding the function key. I have never seen this before and it took some time to get use to, granted for work I don't use arrow keys much. There are several light modes and colors to choose from, this is accessed with functions on the keyboard. Overall the build is nice but the keys leave a little to be desired.
