Overall very pleased. Material is soft but supportive. It’s cooler than normal memory foam but not as cooling as a few others I’ve tried. Can’t beat the price.

This was a highly recommended pillow based on my preferences for a firm, taller pillow that might provide some type of cooling.It is not as firm as I was expecting or as they advertise. It's actually quite soft, but because the pillow is pretty thick it seems to make up for the lack of firmness - for me anyway. Cooling? Not really. The pillow has some holes in it that could move air, but as soon as you put a cover or pillowcase on it that effect is negated- so what's the point?Even so, I needed a new pillow and this seemed to be okay... so after using it for a month I do like it. I think it will hold up quite a while, but if you're looking for a super firm, miracle cooling type pillow this one is way over-hyped and falsely marketed. Don't get it for that.

The smell is very rough for the first few weeks, but then eventually goes away. I do like this pillow a lot. Only weird thing is there is no pillowcase because of the cooling technology.

Coolness is good and really like firmness

I have probably purchased 6 - 8 different pillows and none have been as satisfactory as this one. Great support, and I love the memory foam. It does keep me cooler at night. You can believe everything posted on the Amazon site about this pillow. It was my best Amazon Prime purchase this year!

Pillow is cooler when turned over at night

I have another highly rated memory foam pillow. It sleeps hot and I needed something else. I like this ghost pillow. It feels cool and is less hot. No pillow is going to be cool all the time unless it has an ice pack in it. But this has not made me sweat yet. I like that it came ready to use and I did not have to wait days for it to fluff itself up. It does not compact. When I lift my head, it bounces back. This is good. I like this pillow so far.

Company was quick to respond to my initial concerns about the stanky mothbally chemical odor. For that, I gave ‘em the benefit of the doubt. After airing out on my patio for a month, the smell is gone - poof! I suppose anything plásticy and synthetic is gonna have a smell like this at first.I am now sleeping happy dreamy dreams on my new pillow, my initial troubles a distant memory. YES, I would buy again!

The pillow initially seemed supportive and cool to the touch. However throughout the night the pillow becomes flat and does not stay cool at all. I tried this pillow for several nights, in a cool bedroom, and had the same result every night. The biggest issue however is the embroidered raised logo on the top of the pillow that you can feel under every pillow case. It hurts my ear and bothers my face. Seems like a huge design flaw the company should easily fix.

I've been using this pillow for three months now. From the get go I knew it wasn't living up to the hype. At all! It absolutely DOES NOT stay cool. Literally no more than the much cheaper pillows I was using! It's cool for about the time it takes your head to sink into it. I wake up with my head drenched in sweat at least three times a night. (I have several chronic illnesses that affect the ability to control body temp~diabetes and fibro for starters, its why I bought this) I'm really, really disappointed because I did so much research knowing a "specialty" pillow would be several times the cost of a "regular" pillow. AND the HUGE LOGO in the middle of the pillow is dreadfully uncomfortable to lie on too. Why did they put it there? And that size? Add to that it seems just one side, with that HUGE LOGO, has the cooling effect and I'm turning this pillow several times a night, one one side instead of two, to try to find a cool spot. This was definitely NOT worth the cost. So, I'm out the cost of this and looking for another. Best to pass on this one.

Pillow is very comfortable keeps my head cool all night feel better rested after using this pillow

Pillow arrived on time. cool to the touch. contours to your head and neck. Did not wake up with my hair drenched as usual. seems very comfortable. Only had it 3 days.What I don't like is the lego on one side. It's too big and scratchy. Ghostpillow

This is NOT a real GhostBed pillow. Don't buy it. I have a real one from GhostBed. Then I saw this here for a cheaper $ so I ordered it, but it is NOT the same as the original GhostBed pillow. This GhostBed pillow is truly comfortable, the memory foam is supportive but allows my head to sink in. My back and neck no longer get sore. And it stays cool all night.The GhostBed pillow costs a little bit more than this one, but this one is a ripoff. Buy the GhostBed, you will experience what a superior quality memory foam pillow is like, and won't need to return it.
