This thing is a beast and easy to use. You'll want help getting it off the palate when it arrives but it's very easy to put the wheels on and get it going. Comes with easy to follow instructions too. We just got it through the 5 hour break in period and we hooked it up to our 2100sqft home for a test run, and it works as expected. It runs our house like we're connected to the grid. This includes our AC. I hope I never need it, but I feel good knowing this thing has the power to run the house. 10/10 would recommend.

I currently have a 8k watt generator that cuts off at events because I go over load on my food truck. So to compensate I turn off the vent and don't run fans which can make for a very long, hot day.Get a crane ready because this is about 550lbs of power generation. Product arrived quickly and after doing some simple assembly the generator started with the press of a button. This is way more power than I need for my current load I gave it a quick test and I was able to run all my equipment at the same time without issue. I am looking to add some electric ovens in the future and this should be able to carry the load. Looking forward to using it over the weekend.Noise level is Moderate to High depending on the load.

I bought this generator a few years ago. Living in the Houston area we do experience storms and power outages more frequently than others. Last year hurricane Beryl hit and we were without power for 6 days, but luckily this beast kept us up and running. We were able to also run our downstairs AC unit and pool pump for 6 days. I was able to keep my sanity during a very rough time. We were even able to run lines to our Nextdoor neighbors house so that they could keep the fridge going and one of them had an oxygen tank. It took a lot of gas and that was the most challenging part (finding gas) but I was successful each day and was able to keep it going. Changing oil is simple. Very impressed and pleased that I we purchased it. So worth the $$$. It also starts up so quickly every time. We just pulled it out to test it this year now that it is hurricane season and it started right up.

I got this unit and never have I been able to use it. I followed the instructions for setup. Sure it starts up engine runs. I contacted the manufacturer. They sent me a replacement part. It was innstaleed only to still get the same results. Any time I put a load on it. Even as small as a 12” fan. It shuts down. After a few months of back and forth. I asked if there’s some when I can take it for repair. They said yes. I sent all the information requested for my purchase info. Now the manufacturer says I don’t have coverage for this unit. Since it was purchased as a UESD UNIT. I paid quite a lot of money for this huge paper weight. No where does it say that this was a USED UNIT. IM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I got totally ripped of for more than $3600.00 no weapon required. Now Amazon won’t let me give this a zero rating. There should be be some type of consequences for robbing people like this.

This thing is huge! It does a great job at keeping essential lights and appliance on when the power is out. Only thing I don't like is that it is loud. But I set it out in the driveway and don't hear it as bad. It beats the alternative of sitting in the dark. It was way cheaper than a whole house Generac system that we looked into.

Make sure when you place order that it is Amazon and not a third party vendor. The first time I placed order I did not notice that I ordered through a third party. After 4 weeks and my CC being billed, I found out it was never shipped. I reordered directly with Amazon and it arrived within 8 days. So far as Westinghouse is concerned the product is everthing I had hoped it would be. Well constructed, packed on pallet, and has all th features I require.

Impressive unit. Just received and all works well. Assembly was a no brainer. Extremely easy to start including with the remote start. Quieter than expected although still loud enough to scare the animals. Needed the added starting and running power. Beware, this is a heavy unit. Unpacking takes two to four people to get it off the pallet (unless you happen to have an engine lift installed). Great buy at this point.
