Our white tile floor with white grout was very dingy after 3 years of use. We discovered one factor was using a steam cleaner on it, because it forced the dirt into the grout areas. Only Swiffers from now on. Anyway this cleaner brought it back to new. It does take some work, doesn't just swipe off, need lots of scrubbing, but worth the effort.

Pros - low odor, easy to apply, not irritating to skin, works well in light to medium staining. Easier to clean up out of grout than any powder or granular product.Cons - need to apply dnd scrub longer and more than once on tough stains.In the end, elbow grease and a good grout brush are necessary no matter what you use on heavier stained areas.

Before & after pictures show results. This works great. I sprayed on & left for about 5 minutes, used hand tool for scrubbing and then rinsed with clean water. It did suds more than I expected so it did require several rinses. Smell was not strong. Highly recommend.

I purchased this item to clean the grout on my kitchen floor. I figured this would do the trick. We are a very clean household and do not wear shoes inside and my floors are deep cleaned every other week. The grout just seems a little stained, and I was hoping this would brighten it up. Sadly, after lots of scrubbing, the grout looks the same.

This product was disappointing. Marginally restored grout. Rated as one of the better products it was not that effective.

Light gray grout extremely dark after years of foot traffic and 2 dogs occasionally decorating it. Pics show adjacent tiles in the main hallway after & before. I sprayed it on, waited about a minute scrubbed with the included brush. It was immediately light gray, and then mopped it with some clean water, and it didn't discolor again. Would highly recommend.
