Q: I purchased the bag, but now I am concerned that it will not keep my food cold long enough. I do not want to use the icepacs that sweat. Suggestions?

I don't know of any lunch bag that will keep food cold without an ice pack. Can you put the bag in a refrigerator at work? I usually put a paper towel under my ice pack to absorb the moisture.

I didn't measure it but the zipper part can rise up because it's soft

Hi, I guess it would depend on what size container you are talking about. I use mine every weekday and I pack my lunch in small 4-inch square containers. I can fit 2 of them side by side in the width of the bag and 3 of them side by side lengthwise with an inch or two to spare. I use flat ice packs and I put my containers on top of them. The bag also has a couple of small side pockets inside for small items (napkins, bite sized chocolates, etc). Hope this helps!

If you place in the refrigerator you do need ice pack. Only if you don’t use a refrigerator I would use a ice pack. You might want to put your ice pack in a zip lock baggy because my ice pack thawed over time in my bag and the water soaked the bottom of the bag.
