This folder is really very handy and easy for documents that need to be rescued in the first place. I don't know exactly about its claimed properties, but it makes a good impression. I highly recommend.

This seems like a high quality item. My label would not stick to it but that isn’t a big deal. I have not had the opportunity to test its water or fire proofness.

What a good little organizer for the important stuff you need to keep safe but on hand. You can transport documents and things in it from place to place or just keep it in your closet or home office area.The fireproof material on the outside walls feels kind of creepy but it makes it fireproof and that’s good. The middle section has 2 metal zipper pulls, a plastic zipper and some kind of material like nylon. I am not sure if that section is really fireproof. Its indicated on the product page that this organizer is water-resistant. Water does repel off the side walls but it will seep into the zipper section at least where the two zippers meet.This organizer holds a good amount of documents. It has 12 slots for cards, 6 net sections for flash drives and 4 sections that fit envelopes or passports and such. Attached to one corner on the outside is a loop made of a similar material as the middle section for hanging or holding the organizer. There is also a small loop that will hold a pen on one side.This organizer could be used in the home or at the office. I can see it being used by office couriers to carry documents between businesses. I think it could be very useful in a lot of situations to protect documents and things. It could even work in place of a briefcase. I am using it in my home office for important financial documents and unused credit cards and things. It works perfectly for that. I think most everyone could use an organizer like this just for added piece of mind that their important things are safe from a fire or from water when transporting or storing them.

This organizer is large and feel soft on the outer case. The outer cover feels like soft rubber/silicone. It can hold large documents. Inside the case, you have small compartments for small documents, and USB drives. The zipper operation is smooth. Overall, this organizer feels really good, no hard or sharp surface felt. This is a great organizer to have for home or work.

I finally got my passport. I got this fireproof file folder to keep my documents safe and gives me peace of mind. I put in my passport, birth certificate, ss card, and other important papers that would be difficult to replace. This is a nice size, not too big and bulky. glad I got it.

It just makes more sense to me now that I have seen in the news how fast people need to move in common disaster situations. This file folder is the more ideal design for a quick getaway.It's designed to hold standard letter sized documents and there's enough room for entire manila file folders full of documents. I even tried to insert one of those plastic, tabbed document organizers and the one I stuffed in there fit!There are 2 interior dividers that create 3 sections. The middle section has pockets lining the interior dividers. One side has small credit card sized pockets. The other side has mesh pockets for holding things like passports, social security card, money, floppy disks, flash drives. or keys.The exterior of this expandable folder is some sort of polymer that resists water. It is described as fireproof but I didn't test that feature. I believe it to be true because it has that slightly sticky resin feel.I'm making a list of my most important items that have to be in this grab-and-go portable protector and I hope that I don't have to use it in a disaster... but you never know.

This expandable file is excellent quality. Definitely waterproof and perfect for an emergency bug out bag in the event that you have to leave in a hurry. This will protect all of your important papers. It also has a nice extensive section for multiple ID cards, or social security cards, etc. Sturdy and smooth flowing zippers, a thick rubberized exterior that will be truly waterproof, and this expands well to hold a large quantity of paperwork. Definitely recommended and, at the current price of $17.99 at the time of the review it is unbeatable!

I have several documents that I need to keep in my home, but wanted something to protect them from a fire. This expandable file folder works perfectly. It holds a lot of documents and even my USB drives and SSD drives. I have my passport, Social Security and medical cards, along with other important documents. But, what I really like is that I can keep my backup computer drives inside as well. I am a photographer and have digitized all my family's photos. I have digital copies of all my photos and financial records in this file folder as well. The description says it is fireproof up to 2,200 degrees, which should keep all my documents safe. The file folder is a convenient size and has been designed very well. It expands easily to fit all my documents and items that I've placed inside. Also, the double zippers work nice and smoothly. I feel it is a very good value given the extra protection it offers your important documents. I also feel it would make a great gift too.
