This is one of those items that everyone should own. And buy one for your loved ones. It keeps a charge for a very long time. Even after starting a vehicle. It comes with a case that holds everything. It is small, so it easily stores in your vehicle without taking up space. It is so simple to use. There is also a spot to charge your cell phone or any other rechargeable items with a USB port. It is very good quality.This makes a great Christmas gift.

These products work great. I have bought three for my family and they have jumped my car many times. I did have one that wasn’t functioning and the company replaced it, with no questions asked and no back and forth. They stand behind their product.

UNFORTUNATELY the car battery jump starter device DOES NOT come with the USB charger wall plug that you must have to charge the battery pack. WHY, I have on idea, but I have two chargers, of different makes, and neither of them and neither one came with that USB wall plug.Unfortunately my first car battery jump starter device required a 5V, 3A charger (I had to order a package of 2) and this one requires a 5V, 2A charger, Why not make the unit complete with everything you need to get the thing charged and read for use??? As it is, you have to wait to see what kind of plug you need before you order one. I have not needed to jump start my car yet, so I can't say how well they work when doing that and I hope I never need to actually use it. Those USB wall chargers cost me an extra $20 or so.The Amazon web page should tell you UP FRONT that the car battery jump starter device DOES NOT come with the USB wall plug charger and offer to include it at a modest extra charge, If it did tell that, I never saw it. One expects a device comes with all you need to actually use it.

After a lot of research, I purchased two of these. One for each vehicle. I had looked at the large jump starters, especially the all in ones, but didn't think they would be practical to keep in the vehicles due to the size. These are very compact and easily stored in the small compartments under the cargo areas in my SUV's. Another drawback from the large jump starters such as the Stanley or Everstart brands is that they require frequent recharging.As luck would have it, a few days after getting these shipped to me, I had an 8 cylinder SUV with a dead battery that would not even light the instrument panel lights. Hooked this up, and waited a few seconds, and it immediately started. A little while later, I jump started the vehicle again with this and it worked perfectly. After 2 jump starts the battery life was still at 86% on the jump starter.From what I have read, it is recommended to recharge these every 6 months. So far after owning these over 2 months, they are still holding 100% charge when checked. The great thing with these, you can hook them up to your USB charger in the car to charge them while you are driving, so you don't worry about bringing them into the house and forgetting to put them back in the vehicle.After my experience with these, I don't even feel the need to keep jumper cables in my cars. One nice thing about having this is you don't have to find someone else to jump you off. I know if I am stranded in a parking lot, the last thing I want to do is sit there vulnerable while waiting for someone to arrive to jump my car off. The included case is great to keep everything together and protected. Definitely recommend for anyone contemplating getting one.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use this auto jump starter yet. Because of the power and size, it takes a little time to charge. Since I go off/roading, I need to have tools that I can depend on. I looked for a large capacity battery so it will jump start any size rock crawler out there. The cable length is good. The built in flashlight works well for attaching the cables.It also has usb ports for charging usb lights, phones, and such. I will update after I have the opportunity to use to jumpstart function.
