1966 Dodge Charger Red 1/18 Diecast Model Car

Welp it was my fault not yours. Lol Bought this thinking it was gonna be a small model, like hand sized. Didn't realize 1/18 means 1/18 the size of the actual car lol 😆Great price especially for the 1/18 size

I wanted a replica of the '67 Charger I once owned to display in my office, so I was pleased to find this '66 (same body style) replica for a reasonable price. Since this was not all that popular of a body style, it was really nice to see it replicated in 1/18 scale (matching my other replicas of my past cars). Overall I would say this is a pretty nice model with a lot of authentic detail. Seeing that the headlights can be rotated between open and closed positions was a really cool touch (this body style had electric headlights that rotated 180 degrees and were part of the grill). The hood and doors open, revealing some nice details of the engine and interior, but the trunk does not open. Not a big deal for me. Very nice!

Good looking model. Everything opens but the rear hatch. Brother had the same car (real one) but it had white interior, not black. It also had a 383 not a 426 hemi. You can't win them all. The plus part is the hideaway headlights really work. By the way, I'd rather have a 426 in the real world anyway!

Excellent quality and craftsmanship and very detailed under the hood and on the interior. Paint is beautiful and the red wall tires sets it off
