Low quality console, many of the games are duplicates or foreign market versions.
The console came damaged so I had to return it to UPS stored. (two very large box's) Before I boxed it back up I plugged it in to see what games are on it , because the listing did not show. Don't spend your money on the 412 games version. Most of the games are duplicates, foreign market and never before seen games. Also they would not let me exchange it, so I'll probably not have it for any of the Holiday party's.

The display doesn't work, and a loose strap in the monitor part sparks.
I can hear the sound, but there is either no display or a pure white display. It is frustrating to the nth degree.

Well worth it and GREAT customer service
Got this machine (412 cocktail) a year ago and love playing it! It came well secured and easy to assemble. Had a minor issue with a power supply a year later and the customer service representative on the phone was super helpful and courteous. The service technician walked me through the troubleshooting to diagnose the issue and they are shipping out a new part with instructions (easy) to correct it. Again, couldn't be happier with Doc and Pies on this, I was very worried that I would get a machine and be on my own if anything ever happened ... not the case!

Unexpandable
I bought the Docs and Pies cocktail table from the website and not on Amazon because it was free shipping and they didn't charge sales tax. The actual computer is a Pandora Saga DX Plus v1.3 which can be bought off of AlliExpress for $43.30 so not exactly impressive. First of all, they use a VGA Cable instead of HDMI for God knows what reason since HDMI is clearly superior (not saying VGA looks that terrible but HDMI is much better). Second of all, in order to configure any games to say give you extra lives, you have to boot up the machine, take two screws out of the top of the cabinet, reach way down there to hit a setting button (which has caused minor bruising to my arm because it is really hard to reach) then you are able to change the settings per game. Changing the volume button is just as much of a pain because it's right beside the volume button. The 1 player button little guy has already rubbed off after a week of use. Their is no way to add games to the console without taking the whole console apart and accessing the disk drive. Their are 512 games but many of the games are cheap rip offs of other games and like I said, neariy impossible to add new games. Player one controller didn't fit in place and I ended up having to use a rubber mallet and some cardboard to pound it in, which took way longer then expected. Wish their was an option for a coin slot so I could collect the quarters and take my kids to a real arcade once it got full. Wood seems cheap. For over a $1000, I would've expected oak or black cherry.
