Great snap with secure fit!
As long as you pre-drill the holes before you mount, it works great. They're snug but not so much that you risk pulling from attachments that aren't anchored.

Good product, needs to be a touch more uniform.
Just remember these are for 1 inch PVC pipe, so actually are larger than 1 inch for the clamp. Mea culpa, I bought some for use with 3/4 inch PVC which is 1 and 1/16 outside diameter. These are way to big. I may put a wrap of neoprene foam under the clamp, maybe 1/16 or 3/32 thick and that should snug things up. The finish and sizing look like they were pulled a little to fast from the mold or the mold was too hot. But decent enough quality. They look pretty good unless your looking at each one looking for defects specifically.

Custom sun shade.
Good idea. Didn't use as what intended for. Modified with holes to hold PVC / tarp sun shade. Got more because such a good product.

Holds very well to 1" pipe.With proper screws or nuts & bolts it will hold up panels well.A bit pricey however.

great for DYI
used 3 of these as a acrylic table top hinge for a DYI outdoor pool side project and they have withstood the test of time. 2 years and countingEdit.. 3 years in the sun they will crumble. But I’m still happy.
