Firm, solid foam pillow
I got exactly what I wanted. Solid foam pillows are expensive so I didn't have great hopes for this affordable one. My neck is pain free and I was so pleased I ordered a second one.

Made me cough
The pillow was nice and firm and felt great to sleep on but I would cough when I woke up in the morning. Not sure why. I usually have no problem with latex and wondering if that could be the issue. Since going back to my original pillow I have not coughed in the morning. Weird. A nice pillow but just didn't work for me.

Good comfort and high sleep scores when using
Things got off to a rocky start with this pillow but thankfully improved for the better. The first pillow arrived with what appeared to be blood stains on the cover. I can’t definitively say it was blood because I didn’t perform any lab analysis or anything. But I’ve seen blood streaks on bed linens countless times and it certainly looked like dried blood to me. The pillow appeared to still be factory sealed and was compressed inside the box and sack. It did not appear to be returned merchandise. I subsequently exchanged the pillow for a replacement pillow that was free of any stains. I allowed the replacement pillow a couple days to fully decompress and off-gas. The pillow decompressed to normal size and shape but it still has a slight detectable chemical like odor coming from the foam insert. It’s faint and after three days, I can only smell it if I press my nose into the pillow.As far as comfort, the pillow has a nice spongy yet supportive feel. My head comfortably sinks into the foam without feeling squishy or too firm. When I lift my head, the pillow bounces back to its original shape. I don’t feel any head or neck discomfort while sleeping on the pillow and my sleep scores are typically high with good deep, HRV, and REM sleep numbers. Poor pillows typically contribute to lower quality sleep and lower scores.Despite the rough start, I like this pillow a lot. It’s comfortable and my sleep scores reflect it.

Consider a a standard size not as firm as the only option. A touch to firm for my needs otherwise perfect.
