I got these to evaporate maple sap. They’re lighter weight than restaurant kitchen quality. But that’s nice when picking them up full. Really conduct heat well. Didn’t warp after hours over high flame. They fit over a single burner on my restaurant gas range.

These are commercial grade pans which I use for home cooking, the 1/2 hotel pans fit in the dishwasher, stainless steel doesn’t oxidize like aluminum does in the dishwasher they come with covers which most you have to order separately. If I need more I’ll reorder

Thin steel, steam table pans that have holes after 2 months use. I have used these kind of pans for over 40 years I'm my restaurant and have never had a pan burn through in such a short time. They are not on direct heat only in 175 degree steam table.

Can't rate these pans because I bought them to be able to stop buying disposable ones. These are for non portable steam table only, and are not interchangeable with the disposable pans. They looked fine. I wish I could have used them.
