Not for me
I’ve been using this device daily for 3 months, I am not sure I can see results. The instructions are confusing, especially how to correctly wear it — google the product page on their website, it’s helpful. You can use any water based serum. The device needs recharging after every 3 uses. The intensity setting goes from “barely feel it” to “can feel my teeth fillings vibrate” and there is no in between (btw I have no idea if this is impacting my teeth fillings). Personally, I would not recommend this device. I’ve done a similar treatment at a salon and results were more visible, albeit still incremental and temporary.

I had reservations, but this really works for me! edited due to bad experience
I have edited my review due to an updateThe first device I bought broke where the strap connects to the unit. I don't remember breaking it but thought I must have broken it somehow and so I simply bought another one.Having only used the new one a few times it has broken in exactly the same place with the gentlest and most careful handling. Thus it is evident that this otherwise excellent device has a weak point, quite literally, where the device attaches to the strap. The plastic elements that secure the metal pin in the hinge of the strap attachment are simply too weak to deal with the task. The strap needs to be tight in order to secure the device to the face and to be in sufficiently close contact to work and the plastic casing is too fragile to deal with thisThere is a bright side, at least for me. I removed the strap completely and experimented with using the device inside a tight, thick, stretchy snood / very thick hairband. The results are far better than when using the original strap and I also have a far greater range of movement and options re where I locate the EMS pads. Using the snood method is much better and I wonder whether the manufacturers have missed an opportunity here?I have thus changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because consumers should be able to buy a product like this and be confident that the plastic casing is of the same high quality and performance standards as the EMS pads.I feel bad that others may have bought these devices based on my recommendations and may experience the same problem with broken casing hinges just after the return period has passed. If this is you please do try giving the snood method a try as the EMS device itself is excellent and all you need is a robust, securely fitting snood or wide hair band and you're good to go.Please see the photo of both devices with the broken hingesOriginal review below...I have tried various EMS facial over the years, including the Rio 60 second facelift (works well but needs time spent in front of a mirror - more like 60 minute facelift), a hard plastic mask full of metal connectors (back in the late 90s) and even experimented with using cheap EMS neck massage pendants (works well but you need to secure them in place with fingers so time consuming).I was really looking for a device that I could use whilst doing other things as I am busy and multitasking is important. I ordered a truly rubbish device that claimed to be EMS but that just made a horrible noise whilst vibrating so my expectations were low re this device.I am very pleasantly surprised. The item is beautiful boxed and presented with clear instructions in EnglishIt arrived last night and I have been experimenting with it for the last hour or so, placing the metal conductor plates in different positions to see what works best for me.The instructions included simply show the device with the conductor plates over the jawline and the strap going upwards at a slight horizontal inclinationWhen I tried this positioning it didn't work brilliantly for me, partly because it caused an uncomfortable feeling in my tooth fillings.Being fairly experienced in facial EMS devices I had past experiences of the amalgam filling issue and decided to experiment with positioningSo far I have tried it in 3 different positions;1. Just under the jaw line (strap over the head vertically)2. On the apple of the cheek (the hinged "back" of the device just under my lower lip, strap diagonally going from low to high at the back of my head)3. at the back of the jaw, near the ears (the hinged "back" of the device over my mouth, strap at back of my head at a slight upward incline)none of these positions caused significant discomfort with my fillingsIt is early days and I am still getting the hang of it but this is what I like so far1. I can feel the EMS pulses, they work I can feel the muscle response2. experimenting with different positions is definitely worth it as the muscle twitch is different and tones different parts of the face3. My face looks much improved already, it's hard for me to know how much this is the EMS and how much the different lights (it has a blue and a red light function), but in a world where various useless products are promoted with unimpressive before and after photos, I can definitely see a difference already and will report back in a few weeks regarding my progress.4. The remote control is super helpful but be aware that it needs charging before useOn the con sideJust being super picky but the strap takes some getting used to, especially if you are experimenting with different positions for the conductor plates. I needed to occasionally reposition the strap while is use, not a big deal, but maybe room for improvement? This is a really good device, but with some careful tweaking of the straps and the instructions it could be an incredible device. If you have long hair tie it back or cover it before you start experimenting and always progress slowly through the intensity levels.I use an aloe vera gel for my EMS devices and sometimes Anagel Ultrasound Gel, both are suitable and can be bought inexpensively from Amazon and are much cheaper than many EMS conductor gelsEMS devices are contraindicated for people with pacemakers, MS and some other illnesses, so if in doubt consult your doctor before using.I hope this is helpful and will report back on my progress soon
