Q: I want them for my golf cart, can you switch the volt meter to 48 volts?

In the add it keeps repeating 12 volt ? I would either try contacting the manufacturer or try to find one rated for 48 volts. Good luck

Q: Can i use this to turn my trolling motor on and off?

I don't know that I would use this for an on/off switch on a trolling motor. Trolling motors have thick gauge wires for a reason and I don't believe the switch will allow enough juice through to run the trolling motor at the capacity it should be ran at.

Yes but the switch quality is rather low. I just replaced with genuine Carling switches. The rest of the panel is awesome.
