We can engrave up to three lines with a max of 5 words per line to avoid it looking too small. You can engrave just a name if you wish which. It would look a lot larger on the plaque. The choice is yours. All you have to do is add a message during checkout, but if you do forget you can always mail us too with your order details. The plaque comes with a backing tape which sticks onto the frame. We will stick it down as shown on the image unless you specify otherwise.
