If you're looking for a clock to hang in your bedroom, I'd recommend this one.It has bright and colourful digits that you can brighten or darken to your liking. I think the colour scheme is quite appealing and stands out nicely.The clock has a few options, such as a timer, and you can easily switch between them using the remote. I don't use the alarm and only use it as a display clock.The build quality appears to be excellent as well. I wish it could be used without a plug. The ability to use batteries would be a huge plus.

Bought this as needed a battery-operated clock for speakers at a conference. This only works when plugged in to the mains. Also it has a very shrill beep every time you change settings so can't use remote control or change anything if you want silence. If you don't mind those things, everything else is great.

Overall this is an interesting digital clock. Be aware that this is not battery operated but mains powered by a jack-usb cable (supplied) which goes into an adapter ( like the one charging your phone). This adapter is not supplied so if you don't have one, you need to get it as the clock will not work otherwise. It does come with a little battery which is only used in emergencies.Once you've managed to power it now you will draw your attention towards setting it up... here you will inevitably start reading the instructions. You will have to use a combination of buttons on the clock itself ( 3 at the back) and the ones on the remote control which can be a bit annoying but don't give up. A bit more fiddly than I expected I must admit, but you'll get there after a bit of playing around. I wouldn't relay too much on the thermometer reading of this clock.Numbers are quite large,clear and easy to read. You can also make them colourful if you want. Now that you've set it up next you need to decide where to put it... If you want it on the wall you need to consider the following: you will have a thin translucent power cable dangling and in terms of fitings, it comes with a set of 2 stick on the wall hangers which you meant to hook the clock on, however these are too big and now you are left with the other 2 pins which do fit and hopefully will also hold the weight of the clock once fixed to the wall.I personally decided to enjoy it by having it on the desck, with the rainbow colours setup. Or maybe I will stick to green, or maybe... I will see. Once you get over the small little things, you will start to enjoy it.

I ordered this clock with my son's room in mind as I thought he'd really love the style, but once it came I was so taken with it that I've decided to keep it in our family room. It is just such a cheery little item that I'm over the moon with it! It's hard to show how lovely it is in pictures but I don't think you'll regret going for this if you're looking for a nice, larger clock for display.The particulars:I opened the packaging to find the main clock, a USB power cable, a spare battery and various fittings to attach the clock to a wall or similar surface.The main clock body is sturdy and solid-feeling. The fittings are similarly sturdy and of good quality.The power wire was a little fiddly to put into place in the recess it is designed to fit into, but, once connected, fitted quite snuggly and delivered the necessary power to start up the display.The digits on the clock face are large and easy to read. The colours are brightand clear. The remote control allowed for a variety of settings, including temperature readout, alarm activation, as well as the basic time. This can be displayed in a variety of colour settings, single and multi-colour, which allows for a range of attractive display options.Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded.  This is large clock measuring approx. 24 cms across so it is clearly visible from the other side of a large room.The clock comes in a box with a USB power cable and an A4 sheet of instructions of which the instructions are quite hard to read and feel a bit jumbled together on the page.The clock time is easy enough to setup with 3 buttons on the back by holding down the set button and using the up and down buttons to change time,date,year and other options for the built in alarm if required.There is also an accompanied remote control for the clock that is not very clear what button does what and reading the instructions regarding it you need a microscope to be able to read the page.I should mention that with every button pressed on the clock or on the controller makes a large beep sound of which I cannot find anywhere to switch off as it is very annoying.When everything is setup you can then change the time display colour through a rotation of about 8 different colours which is nice.On the back of the clock are mounting holes to mount it on the wall so it will be visible to everyone with the only issue being it is powered by a USB cable which will dangle down and in the description above it says it is "Battery Powered" which is a glaring error. There is a battery in this clock but this is to keep the time settings saved when there is a loss of power.The clock when setup is an absolute finger print magnet and I am continually cleaning it. The shiny plastic face also appears to scratch easily even when cleaning it.Overall this is a useful clock but there are better out there for the price.
