It took me 3 hours of searching on Amazon to find these ones. I normally wear Sorbothane heel pads but the manufacturer of the shoes I wear altered the model and I needed slightly thinner gel heel pads than the Sorbothanes (which are either 7mm or 6mm), and with the same general properties as the Sorbothane.For those needing to know each of these 12 pads is 3mm in height. 3mm is all I needed, and you get 12 pads that you can mount on top of each other thanks to the sole side of the pads being stickySo, to repeat, each pad is 3mm in height - you can use a pad on its own, or mount another one on top to get 6mm, another one to get 9mm, and so on. They are very long, which suits me to the ground as it eliminates the arch of the shoe, essential for me as I have flat feet, and you can cut them to any width or length that you wish. And as you get 12 of them, you can experiment endlessly with various shapes.Perfect !

Lovely fit. I have bought enough to put into all my shoes. My one leg was leftover after a up replacement. The best thing about them is that they are washable and still stuck together. I used them on the beach and rinsed and as good as new

My wife can't wear flat shoes , she needs a bit of lift at the heel . These silicone lifts can be built up to the desired height and each one has a peel off cover to reveal a sticky surface to stop the pads moving within the shoe . The top one has a sheepskin like comfy surface .
