Wanted as accessory for a steam punk outfit! Exactly as described and expected!

It's hard enough to find quality dividers and other drafting tools these days, much less at this price point. So far they work perfectly for my needs, which is as a quick tool to measure and double check proportions while doing figure drawing with a model. If I were doing sea chart navigation or architectural drafting, I might spend more to get a tool with guaranteed precision, but this works for me.As others have said, they are fairly stiff. I have large hands so this isn't a problem for me, but just be aware that they may need lubricating or adjustment if you think this might cause issues for you.

J'ai acheté ce compas pointes sèches pour remplacer un compas lyre présent dans un pack permis hauturier acheté il y a très longtemps.Décidé à compléter mon permis côtier par l'option hauturière en candidat libre, je me suis rendu compte que les composants du kit n'étaient plus à jour (carte autre que SHOM) ou de qualité douteuse (règle cras jauni, compas lyre avec un trop faible rayon d'ouverture).Ce dernier point était génant pour les calculs de distance.Ce nouveau compas répond parfaitement au besoin et je préfère personnellement le compas droit au compas lyre.Possibilité de régler la dureté de la rotation par une vis.
