I wanted to cry the first time I tried to use this little bumpy chirp wheel it was soooo painful!! BUT stick with it!! Those bumps work out the knots on my back soooo well! I've gotten comfortable with rolling over various spots depending on how I stretch over it and it hits all the knots and sore spots in my back really well!! I highly recommend using the larger wheel first to stretch and loosen up and following up with this smaller one! Using the set together nightly has helped us to sleep better and keep working hard throughout the day instead of missing out on life due to back pain! General back or spine pain, sciatica pain, lumbar strain, this is an absolute must for you!!

Bought this one and the smaller set for my wife. She loves them and uses them every night! Her back pains have reduced greatly. The materials are great and, with the different sizes she can really hit specific spots

I have severe thoracic scoliosis, with pretty bad issues surrounding my T3-T4. Oftentimes, I can only realign those costovertebral and facet joints with my PT's help. But this area needs to be popped and realigned on a daily basis. While desperately looking for a tool to help me in this endeavor (I have tried multiple things, including a lacrosse ball, a tennis ball, stretches, weird contortions, hanging upside down while twisting, etc., all to no avail), I read a review for the 6" Chirp wheel where the reviewer also has a bad issue with his T3-T4 area. He wrote that he was able to pop it using this wheel in a relatively quick manner, so I bought this with huge hopes that I would encounter the same relief.As soon as I got home today, the package was waiting. I left work early (in literal tears) due to severe pain. I tore open the box right after walking in the front door - placed it on the floor and laid on it. First, I have to say that it hurts to lay on it...a lot. But I could feel it digging in deeply into the muscles, and experienced a few pops (but not in the area that I needed). I then positioned it over the T3-T4 area and let it really dig in for about five minutes. Then I very slowly started to roll the area. Suddenly I heard two pops simultaneously and my right shoulder started to tingle and hurt a bit. I could immediately tell that the job had been done! The pressure was gone and I could stand up straight again!This wheel is going to be my new best friend, and I plan on taking it with me while at the office and traveling. It's a bit more money than the competition, but it also has the best design to get the job done (various sized bumps and a groove for the spine).If you're in need of spinal realignment, look no further! REALLY.

I love this thing. It is painful to use (especially when you first start) but it has been made a world of difference. Keep with it, you’ll feel fantastic after. I had deep knots for years and this thing really digs into them and loosens them up. The only negative thing I have to say (and why I gave it 4 stars) I think it would be better if it was about 1/2 wider on each side. I would still highly recommend and would purchase again from this company.

I have chronic lower back pain and am very active. I have tried every stretch and massage ball but this is by far the best thing you can buy. The texture and firmness are perfect for rolling on and getting into the smaller areas in your back but also stretching the full spine. When I’m in pain it is my go to for relief and often end up rolling on it before bed. It is expensive for what it is but definitely worth it bc you will use it every day. I have had mine for nearly a year and also bought another size.

while i used it properly, and only when my back was screaming for relief, i still felt the material was too firm and high pressure for my liking. i do a lot of deep tissue when i get in-person massages, so no worries there, but i do think the combination of the smaller diameter, the raised nubs, and the back and forth motion contribute to an overly intense massage that elicits as much pain as it does relief. i personally would've benefitted from the classic Chirp wheel in the same or next size up. i would only want this intensity for trigger point therapy i.e. one spot at a time, and slowly. i am a 235lb male with big muscles and a big gut, for context

I have struggled with neck and back pain for a few years now. This along with yoga every morning has saved me! I work from home at a desk and I get up multiple times throughout the day to stretch and use this. No more lower back pain from sitting too long and no more neck pain from staring at the screen all day. Super easy to use and I would definitely recommend.

Let me start by saying I am really hard to please and when it comes to spending money on something like this I had my doubts that it would even help. I thought it was going to be something I would try and then send back. I cannot express how much I love this product. I am able to use it whenever I need to decompress my back and don't need the chiropractor to do it. I have even started to use 2 rings at once. :)
