Excelente me gustó buen teléfono dura bastante la carga muy funcional

First of all this phone does it's job. Big screen on it to see everything well. It was EASY to activate. It is a slight slower phone but I own other phones like this so it didn't bother me. I got this for a backup. It didn't take but a few minutes to activate the phone. I was happy. The battery life is great. The price is awesome. This is definitely locked to total by Verizon so you will need a total by Verizon service plan card. Not TracFone! Not sure why some left bad reviews as this phone is great to me. I'm pleased. The camera is decent also. It doesn't hold alot of memory tho but it's ok for what I need to do. If u need a backup phone or one for maybe a kid this is a good phone. Goooood price!!!!

Purchase this phone that turned out to be completely useless I have been on the phone with total wireless trying activate over a week and they told me this phone I purchased from Amazon was reported stolen. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional so now I'm waiting another 24hrs just to see if total can remove the imie off the block list smh what a waste of time and money do not buy this from Amazon go to a actual store and buy one and have it activated . Also just like other people who have purchased this phone it came with a wrong charger that can't be used . Amazon needs to refund my money I might contact my local attorney General

I bought two of these for my kids to replace their old ones (similar model) that were destroyed in a fire. It is a good smart device to use on trips and around the house. Good battery life, photos, and apps work well on it. It did what I needed. We used the wifi and did NOT have it on my phone plan. This was to prepare the kids for when the time came to add it to my phone plan. Well, the phone was NOT unlocked like I needed for my provider (AT&T) when the time came. That was disappointing and earned this phone an overall B+.

for a budget phone it does okay but it really doesn't hold up well with anything more than basic uses like snapchat lags it a ton

I bought 2 of these for my kids and they're great little phones. I did not put service on them. For now, they just use them on WI Fi to play on apps and Kids Messenger and it works great for that. I really need to look into the parental controls for this if it even has any. I've been considering using using one of the parental control companies like bark or to be put on these phones, which I hear should be easy. Overall sound and video quality are fantastic. And the kids hook up to WI Fi wherever they go & I am able to talk to them. So product is a winner for me. Just need to remind them every once in a while to delete the apps they don't use, then not to take a whole bunch of videos. I'm undecided on the fingerprint reader as it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. The kids just use the pattern and I don't want it using face.
