I won this on Amazon Giveaways in June of 2018. At that time, I didn't know what an epilator was. I am retired and had stopped shaving both my legs and underarms, so the hair I had to work with was pretty long. As another reviewer said, it hurts but does an excellent job. It is, after all, plucking the hair. I am lazy, so I don't use it on a regular basis, but when I do, I am glad that I have it. I haven't tried it on my underarms and I imagine that the pain would be pretty extreme, given how sensitive the area is. I use the rotating facial brush fairly often and really love it. I use it with a facial scrub, then follow with a facial peel-off mask. The regime leaves my face clean and soft.

This little tool is so great! From the back and forth trimmer/razor, to the big, soft facial brush, everything works very well. Suddenly grooming takes very little time, and the amount of exfoliant treatments my face needs is way down. I am pregnant and having a touch up razor is great, too; reaching everything while standing in the shower can be difficult! Yet this tool appears completely waterproof and I often take it with me to clean my face.

I’ve had this for about a week. I went back and forth between this and a more expensive one but ultimately decided that I’d start with a cheaper one and if I liked it, I’d upgrade. The first time I used it, I’d let my leg hair grow a bit more than normal because that’s what the internet said to do. It hurt like hell. Not enough to keep me from completing the task, but enough that considered stopping a few times. I’m glad I didn’t. The next day, I ran it over my legs a few times and it picked up a few strays from the day before. Very little pain, very quick. Same thing the next day. It’s my routine now and because it’s maintenance, there isn’t a lot of hair to remove and I can barely feel it. I’m sure if I skip a few days, it’ll hurt a bit more. I also like that I can use this whenever and wherever so I’m not wasting time and water in the shower. Underarms are painful... like, ice them first because it’s going to hurt, painful. Still glad I did them. It’s nice going a week without having to shave.I haven’t tried the facial attachment, but the razor attachment is useful. It charges pretty quickly, and I haven’t run the battery out at any point. So, it lasts at least 20ish minutes.I have nothing else to compare it to, but I’m happy with my purchase and have recommended it to two of my friends.

I purchased this product a couple of months again, used it just a few times and it no longer operates. The power button no longer works, will not turn on. Not sure what happend? It just stopped working. :(

Bought this for my wife to clean her face and take makeup off etc she loves it, battery life is impressive and durability is great, good buy would recommend
