Despite the box manual and this saying it, this stick does not work on PS4. I tried it, no response at all. Red ring was there, it was getting power. It works on my PC fine and outside of that is an amazing stick, but being limited to PS3 and Xbox 360 is a real kick in the pants.

This review is for the PXN Fight Stick, 008. So far I've only tried this fight stick controller with my PC. After several weeks of use, it has held up fine with just me playing old school arcade games that are rough on joysticks and buttons.The controller is fairly well made. It looks nice and it is sturdy enough for what I will use it for. However I do wish it felt a little beefier and I wish the joystick had a little more push back to it. But overall, the controller seems good for the price point.The controller is roughly 13 inches wide, by 9 inches deep, by about 4 inches tall including the joystick. The unit has a 3.5mm headphone jack on the front and a USB-A port on the back to connect another controller (such as an Xbox, PS, or Switch controller). It has a long USB cable to connect it to a PC or console. I am over 6 feet tall and the cable is about as long as I am tall.Using the controller for the first time, I plugged it into my PC and Windows found it just fine. After some fiddling with picky software and button mappings (not the controller's fault), it worked great with some emulated super-old-school joystick wreckers and button mashers. I have thrashed on this controller for probably 30-40 hours and it has held up well. I imagine this controller will work fine with the few old-school type arcade style fighting games on consoles.Considering this controller's non-standard layout, it can be challenging to understand how buttons on controllers like this one are mapped and to figure out how to get the controller to work correctly with games. There may be a little work involved to get the controller to work well with some games, so it probably won't always be straight plug-and-play. I plan to only use the controller with my PC to play old school games designed for a joystick and buttons. I am probably not going to connect this controller to a console, so I can't comment on how well it works with consoles.This is a good arcade-type fighting controller. I like the design and layout of it. My main issue with it is that I wish it was a little heavier and the joystick felt a little more heavy-duty.

This thing is fine. It works with most games out of the box without difficulty on PC (Windows 11 and 10). I'm happy for that. Using it to play arcade games is a much better experience than using it to play fighting games. The stick isn't the most responsive thing, and you may want a better quality one for better accuracy. That being said, it's functional, and at this price point, it's a decent buy. I especially recommend it if you're looking to play other arcade games like NEO GEO classics (Windjammers, Money Puzzle Exchanger, Neo Turf Masters) and even classic games like Galaga. The buttons are good quality and the box itself is good quality. I think that overall it's a decently made product with a somewhat lackluster stick.I can't recommend this to an experienced fighting game player, as it's not great for that. However, for anything else it's a pretty decent product.

The media could not be loaded. I was excited when this joystick finally arrived, especially since our replacement joycons are also drifting like the originals, so thought I'd try something different.Everything feels well made. The platform of the joystick doesn't feel very heavy but is enough weight that it won't easily get knocked around. It stayed nicely put while testing on a glass surface and didn't move.The buttons are nice and large. The joystick feels responsive and doesn't seem to exhibit any lag which is important. I have an adaptor for the Xbox controls that I occasionally use on the switch and I feel like it lags a split second behind but I don't seem to experience that in my initial test.Now for the things I wish it had or were different:* I'm totally biased here because I have a Switch, but the buttons that are labeled on this joystick are not the same as the Switch and is more aligned with xbox -- A & B are inverted while X & Y are inverted. I attached a pic of what it is for the Switch since it looks "mislabeled."* I wish I could reassign the buttons* the joystick makes clicky noises and wish it was silent - video uploaded* I may be in the minority but I wish the joystick were on the right side of the panel since I'm forced to use my non dominant hand.* Better yet, I wish I had option to reorient the panel 180 degrees (so joystick on right and buttons on left and I could reassign buttons)I uploaded video with the joystick connected to the NS docking station.Forgive my poor gaming skills (or lack thereof) because I was took the video right after I unboxed it and was learning the buttons for the Switch since they don't match with the Switch. I'm actually really good at the game and I quickly learned that the joystick is probably not the best suited for that particular game. I think it would do well on games like street fighter or Mario Kart.I like that the joystick/panel allows me to give my hands a break from using the smaller switch joycons or holding the switch in my hands, which can cause cramping in my hands if playing for a long time.Overall, I'm very satisfied with it and hope to gain new muscle 💪🏻 memory using this joystick 🕹

Really great arcade stick. Works on my consoles and pc. The stick has a nice tactile response and the buttons as well have a reasonable good short travel and the bottom out feels good, no rattle. They're not Sanwa switches but they're great for those who aren't the super elite Evo-level competitor. The housing is plastic but has enough buttons to replicate the functionality of a standard PS4/XBONE controller. Highly recommended!
