Very compact and quiet!
First a little info on O2 concentrators. You should know that the device reviewed here NOT a medical grade device and that's why no prescription is required. A RX IS required for a medical grade machine. (I have been using a medical grade machine for years and it needed to go in for repairs so I bought this little machine as a backup.) The main difference between medical grade and non-medical grade is the O2 concentration certification. Medical grade machines will FDA certify they are at least 90% concentration at the minimal flow rate measured in liters per minute. A non-medical grade machine may or may not meet this level as its not FDA tested and approved. So watch the claims on machines when you are shopping. This reviewed machine uses a digital display that shows both concentration and flow rate. At 1/LPM it shows 91% and at 2/LPM it shows 65%. When not using O2 at night a person with central sleep apnea may have blood oxygen saturations of in the 70s. Testing this device on a patient with those numbers saw the pulse Ox go up to a minimum of 88% at 2 LPM so indeed the machine does work as advertised. Its a sleek little machine, takes up little space and is very quiet. The digital display is great to know exactly what is going on and the included remote makes it easy to make adjustments. It does get warm and its advised to keep it in a ventilated space. My only concern is what to do when it needs service. Its only got a one year warranty so we'll see. It was manufactured in China and the instructions are poorly translated but you'll figure it out. In the meantime it will serve my purpose well and I recommend it so far.

Not as expected
I recently bought an oxygen concentrator for my wife, and she has been discharged from the hospital and needs regular oxygen treatment to accelerate her recovery. However, I must admit that we are somewhat disappointed with its performance. I suspect that the oxygen concentration of the machine is insufficient, as the overall experience of using the device has made her feel a bit uncomfortable, resulting in drowsiness and lack of vitality.

It's not Portable
The oxygen concentrator is inconvenient to move and difficult to carry during travel, making it difficult to use in different places

GOD SEND OF A PRODUCT !!
Excellent product ! My husband uses oxygen 24/7 now and we have several sources in our home . This tank he uses to take it outside and sit on the patio . The backpack unit he WAS using to do this is heavy and loud . This unit , I carry it out and put it on the table and it delivers a much nicer air floe for him as well as being very quiet . Very easy to use.

My dad loves it
The media could not be loaded. My dad recently went on oxygen full time and although he cut back on his work schedule he is still headed in to the office a few times a week. He was lugging tanks back and forth and hated it. And to my surprise. Those tanks even the large ones don’t last long! So I got this for him and after a week or more of him using he loves it. It’s small quiet and easy to clean! His home unit is about twice the size and three times as loud. He couldn’t be happier. Now he brings a tank in his truck walks right into the office and puts his mask on!I would high recommend.I hope this review and photos are helpful.

Poor quality
The oxygen production is unstable and sometimes requires multiple switches to reach the desired concentration

The machine didn't meet my expectations
The control panel of the oxygen concentrator seems to be malfunctioning. Sometimes there is no response when the button is pressed, and sometimes it will automatically shut down. This makes me very frustrated because I cannot reliably control the operation of the machine.

Concentrator
Ive only had this a few days and haven't read about all the features yet but so far it's great! Better than what I had from the medical supply company! Just wish it came with a cart!
