Double check what size you need before ordering!
This cone filter works well. I measured my old filter to ensure that I was buying a matching replacement. I believe that the high frequency of returns stem from people ordering the wrong size. This is a dry filter, which is nice, makes cleaning a breeze. Build quality looks good. Time will tell. It was priced well, and I look forward to purchasing from this vendor in the future, as long as the price and quality stay consistent.

Fits great, sounds better
Install this item on my 03 Jeep Wrangler car show only vehicle. It was installed on an air raid system. Very easy to install, looks great and produces a deep throat sound. Compared to what I have seen, it's very nice value for the money. It's easy to clean and provides the protection that I need from airborne contaminants, especially love bugs in SE Texas.

Check your height clearance first
4 stars because the boot to fit over my inlet plenum was really tight. Almost couldn't get it on. Also, because they could offer an 8"-9" size to go between the really tall (almost) 11" tall "Truck Tall" and 6" tall "Truck short". I first bought the tall and had to return for the short which is significantly shorter at almost 5 inches shorter since it wouldn't fit in my air box. After I was able to massage the filter onto my plenum, it seems to work well. Hopefully it will form in place with the heat of the motor nearby over time and be easier to get back on after the first cleaning. We'll see.

I bought this for my 2011 ford f150 3.5 eco boost. Truck was already equipped with a k&n cold air intake when I got it and the filter was time to be replaced. Went to autozone to get a k&n replacement and the one they sell is too long, checked multiple stores no one had one 😭 but Amazon did. I ordered it, showed up the next day and it fit perfectly inside the filter box could not be happier! Stellar price and shipping. filter itself is of good quality
