I bought these for my mom who has been struggling with hearing lately. She was resistant at first but was very pleased that she tried them on as they were so comfortable to wear, not very obvious to the onlooker and the clarity of sound was very good. I like that is easy to set up as setting up can be a challenging chore for some seniors. The carrying case comes in handy for when we travel.

If anyone patted my shoulder or got close to my ear started a VERY loud whistle sound.

Both hearing aids made high pitch sound. It was unbearable. I had to send them back.
