Buy a size up from your normal size.

Not a compression vest as it has zero support on belly or chest, this is just a stretchy vest and not a good one either, after a couple of hours wearing it you notice it looses it's stretch.Don't waste your money with this,Total rubbish waste of money

Works as described, but in putting it on for the first time finger went straight through the fabric. Good job it's an item of clothing not meant to be seen!

getting a bit tubby and self concious and this definitely helps with the confidence, hopefully doesnt lose tension over time

Well made garment, found a bit hard to put on first few times, does a no bad job, not a thing I'll wear All the Time though maybe occasionally.
