Working as intended!
This unit was used as part of a domestic alarm system, operating as a covert motion sensor, hidden in our garage.It was installed to 'look through' the wall and detect motion at the front of the house. It needed a bit of juggling with the sensitivity, but now works perfectly, and the detection zone even extends to a portion of the back garden.It's running off 24VDC, and we use the output to switch a mains relay. The contacts of this trigger a wireless door contact sensor, which signals to the house alarm system. A bit Heath Robinson, but it all works!
