Perfect full sized dinner napkins
Love these napkins! They are full sized dinner napkins with a soft texture. They look good on any table. Unlike the smaller thin paper napkins you buy at the grocery store, these don't fall apart when you actually use them to wipe your hands or wipe up a spill. We've been buying them by the case for years!

Way more than Costco used to charge
If I had to guess, Marathon and Costco couldn’t come to an agreement on pricing, so Costco quit carrying these. And I’d never have guessed I’d spend this much on napkins. But I bought a package while I consider other options. We’ve been using them so long that it’s hard to change.

Marathon 1/8-fold Napkins Are Plushy Enough with a Caveat About Other Products
Our local Costco used to carry these one-eighth fold napkins but had discontinued them. We hadn't seen them in several months, and when we opened the package they somehow seemed slightly less plushy then what we had remembered. We've been using them now for several weeks and they seem like the good old Marathons from Costco. I couldn't seem to find any difference in manufacturing styles, so they are the real deal. They get four stars only because the best napkins are real cloth, but that is a lot of washing everyday. (BTW, Costco carries a lot of Marathon products, but they are really developed for the restaurant or institutional use market. If you like plushy toilet paper, for example, I would say look elsewhere unless you want a rough experience.)

Good quality, compact packaging
Large enough to be truly useful as napkins. Compact packaging is my preferred because they can be stored easily in a relatively small cabinet. Costco used to sell these cases, but they dropped them from their offering. Therefore, I now order them from Amazon, as I do with many other items that local stores do not carry.

Awesome amount, what we wanted!
