I have had this blender for about 2 weeks and I cant believe I went this long without it. I make a shake every morning and was using our full size ninja blender everyday which blends well, but the cleanup was just not worth the hassle. I purchased this unit mainly because of the positive reviews and the fact that it comes with larger cups.This blender works amazingly well and I don't think cleanup could be any easier. It has no problem with veggies, grains, powders, frozen fruit, or ice. I love that it has its own timers built in, just pop the cup in, push the button, and walk away - come back in a minute and your shake is ready.

Mine broke. It lasted 8 days. However I am most certainly ordering a new one. This unit has a safety which activates power to the unit when the cup is installed and deactivates power when the cup is removed. There was an issue with my safety switch. It worked great until the switch imo backed out of adjustment. IMO it is a simple fix and not a major flaw. What I loved about this unit was the large 35oz cup. That is why I ordered this unit. All the other manufacturers as far as I could see had cups that were just too small for me. Even for a small personal blender 24oz cups and under are just too small to add all the ingredients I want. The 35oz is perfect. I liked the blades on this unit as compared to other units. Nice size and heavy duty blades. Not thin and cheap. Loved the 1200 watts of power. Plenty of power. I will add that Aicok does not yet offer extra cups for sale. I suggested to them that they remedy that. This is very similar to the Ninja Auto-IQ but with more power and larger cup. Regardless of the breakdown I like this unit and design and am about to order again.

Used it just as soon as I got it. LOVE IT! Was exactly what I was looking for. Not gonna lie...I’m lazy and hate doing dishes. It literally took me 10 seconds to clean up the blades and put it up. I read about leakage so I was nervous. Just do not fill it all the way up then mix. Only fill it 3/4 and you are golden. My friend just bought one today after seeing mine. I highly recommend!!!!

This is not a compact blender, so it isn't great for travel. But I squeezed it in my suitcase and was glad I did. If you have room for the extra size, it is a great blender. The one touch technology was great for making smoothies. I packed in lots of fruit (some frozen) and veggies and it still was able to get it blended in 45 seconds. This is powerful blender. I have tried a bullet-type blender in the past and they did not have the power for a thick fruit and vegetable smoothie. This blender really does.

I read a lot of reviews for this blender before purchasing. The majority seemed fantastic. People surprised by how powerful the blender is, for such a great cost.I've used this blender for about 6 months now. The main problem I have is the power. Apart from being extremely loud, the motor sounds like it's going to break anytime I use it. It sounds so bad that I'm on edge it's going to explode during every blend cycle. Then, after it's finished, the smoothie is hardly blended. Sometimes I'll blend it twice and it still doesn't make a difference.Apart from the power, if the blender container is more than 2/3 full while blending, the smoothie will leak out all over the base. No matter how tightly it's screwed on. I think it's because the blender loosens the blade attachment while blending.Overall, my blender could have been faulty. So, it's nice the sellers offered a credit back. The credit is the reason I've given it 4 stars.

Best smoothies ever! No unminced pieces of whatever in my smoothies!Customer service is unmatched! The silicone seal on the blade cover accideentally got cut in the mixer so I called for a replacement. I was told there were no part available they only sold the units so they offered me a 30% discount. I said that was a good offer but I still would be unable to use the machine so they sent me a whole new machine!I also have another one of their products which I love also!Great product and excellent customer service!

I have had this for about a month and have used it at least 5 times. I really like everything about it. It seems to be of good quality. It is both easy to use and easy to clean up. I make smoothies and use the "extra blend" setting. It goes thru a series of pulses and blends for 60 secs. Comes out perfectly each time. I will have to wait and see how long it lasts, but at the one month mark...LOVE IT!

This puppy can blend! I heard about blending the pit of the avocado in a smoothie (I know sounds SO weird) but I tried it in this blender and it absolutely blended it with no problem. If it can do that, it can do just about anything. I have lost weight with as many smoothies I have tried as a meal replacement and love this. It is way better than my vitamix. That was a rip off.
