This is the second one I've owned (One in my last place of residence and one in my current) and it has worked great. Spacious and heats well. I am a tad concerned that both of them if i had a wireless headset I would tend to get a lot of interference... granted that's all on 2.4gHz which is common

this one is very quiet with no startup noise. that's the #1 reason we settled on this. it has no frills compared to the ones nowadays that can toast, airfry, change diapers, do front flips etc. compared to 10yr old devices this does improve on the things that matter - auto shifts the waves a bit to heat evenly, has sensor based cooking/reheating. it's a damn microwave.the other feature i wanted was a flush panel with no handles. the door opens with a push button. most others i tried with handles make a huge clunky sound when the door is closed. this one also makes some some noise but at least it can be minimized with some finagling with the door button when heating up leftover pizza at ungodly hours when the world is asleep.

Went looking for a replacement for my GE JE 1860 SB microwave which was installed built in style over my oven. I disliked that the GE replacement made you buy a new trim kit for nearly $200 rather than reuse the old one, especially since the old one matched my kitchen and lined up with the holes in the cabinet.Anyway, this worked pretty well. One minor problem was one side site slightly tilted the way it lined up with the trim kit, but that wasn't hard to fix.Also the beeps are really not bad - just a couple notes rather than a single beep. Though it will repeat until you go get your food.

I love my new microwave. I read that some people didn’t like the alarm tune when your food is ready. It is a little tune but quieter than a loud BEEP BEEP BEEP. It cooks, defrosts and reheats foods great. Easy to clean inside with the curved corners. Setting for popcorn is perfect! I hate burnt popcorn. If it lasts for 5-7 yrs I am totally happy. I had one before that lasted about 5 yrs but I think the door was slammed to many times and that was what malfunctioned. We close the door more carefully now.

Works perfect! We never burn popcorn anymore! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the front shows every single finger print. Yes, it is easy to wipe down but I wish it was finger print resistant so I didn't have to wipe it down every night. The constant smudges might not bother most people but I am OCD about my kitchen so it does bother me.

Had a previous model. Loved it so much, bought another one. However, the reason I bought another one, was the old one stopped working after only 6 years. That’s why 4 stars. Thought it would have lasted longer than that. But it was very inexpensive.
