This is a 2-pack of matte-finished, anti-blue light screen protectors that were designed to be used for the latest 14-inch MacBooks -- mine being a 2023 MacBook Pro M3. Following the simple directions, the protector was easy to align, attach and eliminate air bubbles with the included plastic scraper.I will admit that I ended up tossing the first one as I had skipped a couple of steps, but the second one was the charm for me. The projector is super-clear and my screen's brightness and colors are not affected by this protector, which is also a major plus in my book.How much the blue light is eliminated is anyone's guess, but I like that my screen is well- protected and that any glare is almost eliminated as well -- and all for a pretty decent price.

This does exactly as advertised for eye strain and the matte finish helps eliminate the glare. Installation was easy enough and I only had a few bubbles that needed to be moved out from underneath the protector.The only reason I did not give it a five-star rating is because I feel that this on the screen takes away from the quality of what Apple has done in this MacBook Pro M3 model's clarity and resolution. If you are keen on watching higher quality movies or manipulating images in great detail, this may not be for you and you'll need to look for one that is not matte material; rather, it needs to be completely clear to not take away from anything.For purely business use or minimal entertainment viewing, this is the perfect solution for you.
