Best rice for diabetes
It’s really good option for diabetics though it’s expensive, it’s good to consume less quantity and quality rice to reduce spikes risk and it’s good go for small walk after meal to get better results , thnx for scientific approach to get better rice from market

Not for the diabetic
The rice tasted good but after consuming it my sugar level shot up . I really don’t think this rice should be recommended for diabetic people . Even after 4 hours my sugar level is in the red zone .
