I purchased the mix after seeing it used on a livestream cooking show on Instagram. I’m so glad I did! It is yummy and is packed with 32g of Protein per serving and no cholesterol. It is hard to reach my protein goal. This has been a perfect solution to add into my meal plan. I also like that the protein is from chickpeas and not soy. Since it doesn’t need refrigeration, no waiting for thawing so I can do a quick snack of larger crumbles after a work out.The mix is versatile in the different ways it can be cooked with a ‘less oil’ method which is what I did. The package has a website with recipe ideas and short videos that were helpful to me in determining how much water to use and the consistency when making smaller amounts. Making crispier crumbles and adding it to a salad is my favorite. It is a terrific addition to the pantry.

Very excited this is finally available on Amazon! This is my go-to protein for making enriched vegan breads, my challah wouldn't be the same without it. Can't wait to make "chicken" nuggets and bread for a chicken salad sandwich tonight.
